Ready to tap into your sensual side? Join us at Exotica Dance Co. for FloorPlay 1, their signature beginner class with Mik. Think exotic-inspired floorwork, fun routines, and a safe, supportive space to move your body in new ways.

This class is casual, beginner-friendly, and designed for self-expression. You’ll start with a full-body warm-up and stretch then learn safe floorwork techniques and routine.

And because no GTD night ends at the studio, we’ll head to GOGI Korean BBQ afterwards — the perfect spot to refuel, laugh, and share stories over sizzling plates.

What to Bring / Wear:

• Clothing: Leggings, bike shorts, or fitted trackies — anything you feel confident moving in
• Top: Crop, singlet, or tee (something that won’t slide around during floorwork)

• Footwear: Heels/Pleasers if you want to try them, otherwise barefoot or socks is fine
• Other: Water bottle + a towel if you like to work up a sweat
