Cancellations and Refunds

If you must cancel your placement on the training, you must do so in writing to admin@kokomoconnection.com cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your written cancellation.

Refund policy

If the balance of the course fee is not received by the notified due date (8 weeks prior to retreat commencement), a student’s place may be offered to someone on the waiting list. The student will forfeit the deposit paid. 


If the retreat is full, we still accept bookings and your deposit of $500 will hold a place on the waitlist. If we're unable to confirm your place, you will have the choice to either have your deposit fully refunded or transferred to another course. If a student withdraws from the retreat after payment of full fees, the following refund policy applies.*

  1. If the student withdraws 8 weeks or more prior to retreat commencement, the student will receive a full refund of all monies paid, minus the non refundable deposit of $500.00. 
  2. If the student withdraws 15-40 days prior to the course commencement, the student will receive 50% of the full retreat fee minus the non refundable deposit.


The organisation reserves the right to cancel the yoga retreat. In the unlikely event that this occurs, a full refund of all monies will be returned to the client.

The organization reserves the right to substitute yoga teachers / facilitators rather than the ones advertised if they become unavailable or sick at the last minute. 


Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.

If covid or other pandemic that restricts travel to destination, full refund will be provided. 

We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.

Damages 

Any damages to scooters or accommodation will be required to be paid by the person responsible. The total amount will be quoted by the owner of the specific property.

Travel and Cancellation Insurance

To join the retreat you must have travel insurance. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant SPORT ACTIVITIES you will be engaging upon on your retreat & TRIP CANCELLATION.

Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.

With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

We love World Nomads Travel Insurance as this covers you for many activities a lot of insurance companies don’t include.
